My Night Routine Simple, Calm & Just for Me
Assalamualaikum lovely people!
Today, I’m sharing something close to my heart my night routine. This is the time when I slow down, take care of myself, and prepare my mind and skin for peaceful sleep.
Step 1: Winding Down
Once everything at home settles, and my little one is tucked in, I give myself 20–30 minutes of quiet. No screens, just soft light, maybe a warm drink, and a little breathing space.
Step 2: Skincare
I like keeping my skincare simple but effective. Here’s what I usually use:
Makeup remover(Elf)
Face wash with gentle and hydrating Lo Roche-Pose face wash
Neutrogena dark spot removal night cream helps even out my skin tone
Light lip balm for moisture
It’s my way of telling my skin: thank you for surviving the day!
Step 3: A Quick Cleanup
Before sleep, I like to clean small cluttered areas just for 5 minutes. A clean space = peaceful mind.
Step 4: Spiritual Calm
I try to end my day with a short dua,tasbeeh,or just whispering thanks to Allah for everything. It grounds me and helps me sleep better.
Step 5: Lights Off, Heart Light
After that, it’s lights out no overthinking, just trust that tomorrow is another chance.
