Amna’s Henna Magic: How I Turned My Henna Hobby into a Business!
Hey there! I’m Amna just a regular girl who loves all things artsy and pretty. But guess what? I’ve turned my love for mehndi (henna) into a real business! Yup, I’ve gone from doodling on hands for fun to making beautiful designs for weddings, parties, and just-because days.
Let’s Talk About That Pic…
Check out that photo up there cool, right? That’s my hand and my design! It’s full of flowers, patterns, and swirls that I carefully created with henna. The stain is super dark, which means the paste was top quality no shortcuts here! The pretty plant in the background? Just me trying to be fancy. But the real star is that design in the middle of my palm it took time, love, and steady hands (and maybe some chai breaks!).
How It All Started…
I’ve always loved mehndi. I used to draw on my cousins’ hands during Eid, weddings, or honestly, any day I was bored. People started saying, “Amna, you’re really good at this!” And that’s when the idea hit me why not make this a thing?
So I said, “Bismillah,” and here we are Amna’s Henna Magic was born!
Starting My Business (With a Dash of Drama)
Starting a business isn’t all glitter and roses. There were some late nights, messy fingers, and a lot of testing to find the perfect henna paste. I started sharing my designs on Instagram (because where else?), and slowly people started noticing.
Now I do all sorts of events: brides, bridesmaids, baby showers, even “just because I feel cute” appointments!
What’s Next?
I want to keep growing, learning, and creating more stunning mehndi designs. Maybe even launch my own line of organic henna cones (stay tuned!). But most of all, I want to make people smile when they look at their hands and think, “Wow, Amna really did that!”
